Delivery FAQs

1. What is your delivery time?

We aim to process your order within one business day. Delivery times may vary depending on location so please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.

2. What are the delivery costs for online orders?

Delivery costs will vary depending on the delivery location and the size of the goods to be shipped. Delivery zones are Auckland region, North Island and South Island.

3. How is my order going to be delivered?

We use a variety of freight companies including Courierpost and Fastway Couriers.

4. How can I check the status of my order?

5. How do I cancel an order?

6. Can I get a delivery abroad?

We can only deliver within New Zealand.
